We were about to lose our house. This was end 2009. After an unsuccessful attempt to negotiate a loan modification through a specialized lawyer the bank had marked a date to bring our house on the market. Luckily we crossed paths with Cory Allen. It was refreshing to hear from Cory how to deal with our predicament. With an amazing understanring of the mortgage/banking world and
